Policy Provisions
The Certified Trading Card Association ("CTCA") is committed to promoting integrity, professionalism, transparency, and accountability throughout the trading card industry.
This Ethics and Disciplinary Procedures Policy establishes a fair, consistent, and impartial process for receiving, reviewing, investigating, and resolving allegations that a member, volunteer, leader, committee member, council member, certified participant, or affiliated organization has violated CTCA policies, standards, or ethical expectations.
The purpose of this policy is not to punish members, but to protect the integrity of the Association, preserve public confidence, and encourage ethical conduct throughout the hobby.
