Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Acknowledgment

As a member of the Certified Trading Card Association (CTCA) Advisory Board, I understand that I may receive access to confidential, sensitive, strategic, or non-public information relating to the CTCA, its members, initiatives, partners, discussions, operations, or future plans.

By accepting a position on the CTCA Advisory Board, I agree to the following:

Confidentiality

I agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared through Advisory Board meetings, communications, documents, presentations, emails, working groups, and discussions unless expressly authorized in writing by the CTCA to disclose such information.

2.

Meeting Privacy

I understand that Advisory Board discussions are intended to encourage open, honest, and productive dialogue. I agree not to publicly disclose, share, summarize, or distribute confidential meeting discussions, viewpoints, deliberations, or internal conversations without prior authorization from the CTCA.

3.

Responsible Use of Information

I agree not to use confidential or non-public information obtained through my role on the Advisory Board for personal gain, competitive advantage, or in any way that could harm the CTCA, its members, partners, or mission.

4.

Questions & Authorization

If I am unsure whether information may be shared externally, I will seek guidance and approval from CTCA leadership prior to disclosure.

5.

Term of Confidentiality

This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect during my service on the Advisory Board and continue after my service concludes with respect to any non-public information received during my tenure.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Acknowledgment as a member of the CTCA Advisory Board.
